About the program

​

Career guidance for children with difficult life circumstances is an opportunity to introduce them to various professions and help them find their way in life.

 

This is not just another educational program, it is a chance to change their lives. After all, children who are raised in boarding schools often have no idea what profession they have chosen.

They go where they are directed, but it is not always their choice.

Our goal is to show them a wide range of opportunities. That is why we have launched a program that gives teenagers the opportunity to learn more about different professions through real-life experience.

​

Visit production offices and give teenagers the opportunity to see how different professions actually work. They do not just hear about them, but also see how to go through the entire work process. This gives them a better understanding of what people in different fields do, and applies what interests them.

For teenagers, hold 2-3 career guidance events per quarter so they have more opportunities to learn about different professions and receive support in choosing their future.
