Charity foundation “Chance For Change” cares about your personal data. We do everything possible to protect it. The privacy of visitors of our website (hereinafter — “Website”) is very important for us. This Privacy policy (hereinafter — “Privacy policy”) explains what we are going to do with your personal information. 


This Privacy policy applies only to information collected on our Website. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or content of third party websites.

The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:


“Website administration” —  authorized employees, who manage the Website. They act on its behalf, organizing and (or) carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, the actions (operations) carried out on personal data.


“Personal data” — any information, data or set of data about a physical person that is identified or can be specifically identified.


"Processing of personal data" means any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of means of automation with personal data, including the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, removal, destruction of personal data.


"Privacy of personal data" — mandatory claim for compliance with the Website administration to prevent intentional dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or the presence of other legal grounds.


"Site User (hereinafter "User")" — a person who accesses this Website via the Internet and uses it for his or her own purposes.

2. General provisions


Usage of the Website by the User means acceptance of this Privacy policy and terms of processing the User’s personal data.


In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy policy the User must stop using the Website.


Privacy policy applies only to this Website. The Website administration has no control and no responsibility for the websites of third parties to which the User can navigate via the links available on this Website.


The Website administration does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Users.

The Privacy policy establishes the obligations of the Website administration regarding the intentional non-disclosure of personal data that the User provides at the request of the Website administration (for example, when making an application, charitable donations, etc.).


Personal data allowed for processing under the Privacy policy is provided by the User by filling out specific forms on the Website and generally includes the following information:


surname, first name, patronymic of the User;

The Website administration makes efforts to protect Personal data that is automatically transmitted during the process of visiting the pages of the Website: IP address; information from cookies; information about the browser (or other program accessing the website); access time; addresses of pages visited; referrer (address of the previous page), etc.

User’s identification for making an application and (or) concluding an Agreement, receiving a charitable donation or giving a charitable assistance.


Providing the User with access to third-party sites or services of this Website’s partners in order to receive their offers, updates.


Establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests regarding the use of the Website, including processing requests and applications from the User.


Determining the User’s location to ensure security and fraud prevention.


Confirming the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by the User.


Providing the User with effective technical support in case of problems related to the usage of the Website.

5. Methods and terms of personal data processing


Processing of User’s personal data is carried out without any time limit, in any legal way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.


The User agrees that the Website administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties solely in order to fulfill the User's requests.


User’s personal data may be transferred to the authorized state authorities only on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by law.

6. Purposes of collecting User's personal data


The User undertakes to:

7. Liability of the parties


The Website administration is responsible for the intentional disclosure of the User's Personal data in accordance with the applicable law, except as provided by clauses. 5.2, 5.3 and 7.2 of this Privacy policy.


In case of loss or disclosure of Personal data, the Website administration is not responsible if this confidential information:


Became in the public domain before it was lost or disclosed.


Was received from a third party before it was received by the Website administration.


Was obtained by third parties through unauthorized access to the Website's files.


Was disclosed by User’s agreement.


The User is responsible for the legality, correctness and truthfulness of the provided Personal data in accordance with applicable law.

8. Resolution of disputes


Before filing a lawsuit for disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Website administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).


The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the outcome of the claim within 30 calendar days of receipt of the claim.


If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be transferred to the judicial authority in accordance with applicable law.


The current legislation applies to this Privacy policy and the relationship between the User and the Website Administration.

9. Additional conditions


The Website administration has the right to make changes in the Privacy policy without the User's consent.


New Privacy policy comes into force from the moment of its placement on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy policy.
